Our history
iTakeJob originated from a group of visionary individuals aiming to address a gap in the global gig economy. Today, we aspire to be a world leader in mobile app solution, offering an innovative app designed to help organizations manage unplanned manpower shortages. Our platform delivers comprehensive flexibility for both food and beverage operators and riders, enhancing efficiency and adaptability.

iTakeJob’s key management team comprises a group of dedicated professionals from diverse backgrounds. Our common goal is to address real human resource issues that cut across multiple industries. The team first met while pursuing their MBA. After graduating from the programme, they decided to become business partners and work together to launch iTakeJob. They had the privilege to be exposed to the complex global human resource issues currently faced by Multinational Corporations (MNCs) and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) around the world and they are confident they have the solution to address them. The team is made up of an academic who lectures at a tertiary institution, two senior managers from MNCs, four directors of SMEs – one of whom is a Director of iTakeJob’s Technology Partner and plays an instrumental role in developing iTakeJob’s sophisticated mobile application algorithm with geo connection capability.

Key Management Team
Alvin Sabai CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Alvin Sabai has more than 20 years of hands-on management experience in the service industry. With extensive managerial experience in all aspects of the F&B, retail, hospitality and the service industries, he is certainly no stranger to running a successful business. Alvin is the Founder and CEO of iFood Pte Ltd – a food and beverage management company he started in the year 2000. He is also the Principal Consultant at Strategic Consultants, a business and franchise consultancy firm operating since 1989.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Alvin was the General Manager of an American franchise. He was in charge of overseeing the franchisee’s operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. He has also been the Regional Retail and Quality Manager of a French MNC where he headed several operational functions during his 10-year tenure.
Alvin has a Master in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Management, a Diploma in Training & Development and a Diploma in Business Administration.
James Leow CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
James has wide-ranging exposure in both the Manufacturing and Construction industry. He has over 20 years of experience as a Managing Director with specialisation in Marketing Management. He is a resourceful and astute entrepreneur with an eye for detail. Prior to starting his own company, Mactech Engineering & Trading Pte Ltd, James was a Regional Merchandising & Quality Manager representing several American Buying Houses. Since going on his own some 15 years ago, James has transformed Mactech Engineering to be a leading player in the field of specialised Engineering and Estate renewal for the public sector particularly the Healthcare industry. James has a Master in Business Administration and a Diploma in Construction Cost Management.

CONSULTING ADVISOR
Dr MSM Atan is the principal consulting advisor to the management team of iTakeJob in the implementation and execution of its mobile application. He plays an instrumental role in providing consultative data analytic advisory to enhance the app’s dynamics. Dr Atan is a senior scientist in academia and a researcher with more than 15 years of global experience. His expertise lies in the domain of big data processing and he is known for his extensive knowledge in data analytics. Currently, he oversees team of data specialists working on developing predictive algorithms for B2B and B2C platforms. He attained his PhD from the National University of Singapore. He also completed his post-doctorate stints in the United States of America and Australia.
Samuel, Founder and Managing Director of Spectrum Digital, is the technology partner of iTakeJob. Spectrum Digital ensures the project implementation of the company’s mobile application is well-executed. The company is strong in website development, technology innovation, artificial intelligence (AI), and the healthcare sector. Samuel and his team leverage their expertise to provide iTakeJob with cutting-edge solutions to meet the challenges of today’s digital landscape.

The iTakeJob digital app is available for franchising & licensing opportunities in Asia initially and thereafter worldwide.
Serving the manpower needs of 4 main industry silos:
- F&B & Hospitality.

For employees that have downloaded the App, they would:
- Need to indicate the preferred day/s they would be able to work, specifically indicate their rest days in their permanent job or days they have been assigned to work a different shift which allows them to work before or after their planned shift.
- Receive a “push” notification of available jobs for that day.
For employers that have downloaded the App, they would:
- Be able to source for urgent replacement for their employees.
- Pay using a token payment system which will particularly benefit chain operators.
- Be able to harness the App’s big data algorithm and dynamic matching features. This data will generate useful Human Resource business analytics to aid systematic Manpower planning.
