FAQ (Employers)
1. How much per token?
- Sgd S$0.99/token. Purchased of token will required to make upfront payment.
2. Can I allocate the purchased tokens to my outlet managers?
- Yes, you can distribute your tokens to other outlet managers.
3. How can I register my company for this mobile app?
- You can register via your handphone simply download the app and follow the guide. Alternatively,you can use your computer to login in Itakejob website for registration.
4. What happen if the employee did not turn up for work ? How it affects my token?
- We have no control of the employee reporting to work. There is page for rating the employee.
5. Can I give rating to the employee?
- Yes, there is a page for rating the employee after their work.
6. Is there any expiry date for the token purchased?
- No, there is no expiry date for all token purchased. We strongly encourage all employers to use up their token because there is no returned policy of the token.
7.Can I cancel the job posting before the employee report to work?
- Yes, you can cancel the job posting as long as the employee not check-in yet.
8. How the token are charged?
- When there is job matched and the employee check-in, token will be charged.
9. How can I be assured I am getting the right employee?
- The app allows the employer to set their requirements, such as age, language spoken, and can access to registered employees details before engaging them.
10. What is the minimum token per purchase?
- Baically there is no minimum quantity.
11. What happen if I forget my password when signing in?
- No worry, just follow the steps on the apps.
FAQ (Employees)
1. Can I register for friends or relative?
- No, You are not allow to register on behalf other people.
2. How is the payment mode after work?
- The employer will make cash payment after work done for each day.
3. Is there any age limit to register as employee?
- Basically, the guideline is 70 of age but if you are phsically able and healthy, you still can register with this app. After all, employers will set their age requirements and the app will do the matching.
4. What happen if we are caught in traffic jam and cannot turn-up for the work?
- We strongly urge the employee to call the employer to report any delay or unable to show up for the work after you have been selected.
5. Any special attire needed for work?
- No special attitre needed. Be neat and tidy in dressing.
6. How the geo-fencing works as I sometimes stay with my grandparents in another location?
- The app has geo-fencing capabilities. If your location is nearer to the posting job location, you should have a higher chances of being selected.
7. I can speak only Chinese, Can I register for this app?
- Yes, you can register to app and just need to fill in the correct details.
8. Can we choose the suitable working hours we ara available?
- Yes you can select your available working hours and the app will match accordingly.
9. Is there any fee for registration?
- No. there is no fee required. Anyone who wish to work during their free time can register.

1. What document do i need for registration?
- You need a valid driving license Class 2/2A/2B/3/3A.
2. What kind of vehicle should i have as a rider?
- Car, motor bike and bicycle.
3. What are the requirements for being a rider?
- You need a smartphone – (iOS 11 or above) or Android (6.0 or above), and you own a vehicle with the necessary safety equipment.
4. Who can sign-up as a rider?
- Singapore citizenship or permanent resident status above 18 years.
